Cancellation Policy
Color services require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to your service total.
Color service deposits may be transferred one time when you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice and your new appointment is booked within 30 days.
Please provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service adjusted.
